Starting off with a great breakfast is so important, right? Including fruits and vegetables for breakfast is a great way to add some dietary fiber. That helps keep you full through the day. I think for me that is a great way to reduceย snacking on junk foods! ๐
Breads and Crepes
Whole Wheat Banana Pancakes (No Eggs)
Most Sundays I end up with this huge dilemma about what to prepare for breakfast. Typically, most weekdays I end up having some kind of sandwich for breakfast and so I really look forward to having something different on the weekend. Something that is quick to prepare too! I don’t want to spend most of my morning just preparing breakfast ๐ ๐ Thats when pancakes come to the rescue!
Healthy Mango and Oats Pancakes
Being a vegetarian (minus eggs) person, pancakes are again one thing that I can’t have outside ๐ I knew what needs to be done to whip up a quick batch of eggless pancakes, but somehow I never got around it! And then today I was home all day and the weather was really warm and I wanted ice-cream. So the ever-faithful, absolutely healthy and smashing one-ingredient ice-cream came to my rescue! While the ice-cream was freezing – I thought of having pancakes and ice-cream for lunch ๐ That is not too bad right – oats, mangoes, bananas and milk!
